a while ago i was just sitting on my sofa browsing the net and watching the tv in the corner of my eye, i had a slight deja vu and when the deja vu stopped i couldnt figure out what was going on (im not explaining that part very well), it felt like i was losing my mind and everything felt "unreal" then normal panic attack symptons set in.
was this part of a panic attack or did something happen me and cause a panic attack after it
