Sulpiride (sold as Meresa®, Sulpirid Ratiopharm®, Sulpirid Neuraxpharm®, Bosnyl, Dogmatil®) is an anti-psychotic drug used mainly in the treatment of psychosis (e.g. schizophrenia) and depression. It is a substituted benzamide. Sulpiride is more commonly used in Europe and Japan. So far it has not been approved in the US and Canada. The drug has strong chemical and clinical similarities to the novel anti-psychotic amisulpride.
Paroxetine is marketed under the tradenames Paxil in the United States, Canada and Brazil; Seroxat in Austria, Greece, Poland, Portugal, the UK and China; Aropax in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Brazil; Pondera in Brazil; Deroxat in Switzerland and France; Paroxat in Germany, and Cebrilin in Latin America

This is not a professional site. That is to say there are no doctors or therapists waiting to take your call. There are many people who have lots of experience with SA and its ramifications that will give you their opinion. (Opinions are...well....only opinions).
It does seem ironic that psychology students would say psychologists don't understand and can't help, - in my opinion.
If you are looking for information on the meds you're taking, the doctor who prescribed them or the phamacist who filled it should be able to answer your concerns.
And now that they've been identified, perhaps people here will have information.
I've taken neither. But from other threads, there seems to be similarities in many anti-depressants.
