Hi all, :)

Is here anybody who has got rid of the social anxiety definitely? Really definitely - so, that for example really no SA symptoms have appeared for a year or two? Or more? :?: :?:

Is it altogether possible? Maybe we have to be socially anxious for the whole life?! And only some intervals are possible? 8O

I've read about various non-pharmacological ways to cure it well, but I doubt if they are really effective. But can the cures remove the anxiety forever?... :?:
The opinions are extremely discrepant. No idea, whom to believe... :?

It would be nice to know it.

Cheers to you all!

Cool idea for a poll ;) You could add something like "Not entirely but I did make some progress", or something like that.

Not really its impossible to remove it everyone on the planet has anxiety you will never remove it its part of life we just learn to controll it better thats all. Anxiety is no different from Fear , Hate love etc everyone has them some more than others , its impossible to remove them.

Social Phobia is moderately different to Social Anxiety, they are dependent related.

SP arises due to SA. Why?

Anxiety is a state of mind which makes our mind unpeaceful and experience a type of fear. This inner feeling becomes dominant as we link it to the appearance of 'other people'. It then seems like other people cause this feeling and whenever we see other people, we get this fearful feeling. Eventually our anxiety in respect of the thought of others (Social Anxiety) becomes a bad habit, this MIND MADE habit then is named Social Phobia and is habitually dominant in our mental awareness.

SP is a deceptive mind made mental illness. The horrid creation of an anxious mind. You CAN overcome it. You CAN overcome SA. You will still experience anxiety but not to the debilitating degree of SA or SP, which are moderate and strong. You will cease to label others to be the problem. You will start to see how your mind is fed by believing how other people are the problem, they aren't.
