Is Excercise supposed to cause so much anxiety/feel this bad??

When I was on pristiq + deplin my ocd symptoms decreased considerably and I found it was SO MUCH easier to run despite my lack of excercise. Unfortunately pristiq (at the 50mg minimum dose) made me feel pretty "flat" with no passion for anything and a bit careless at times. It was originally prescribed for my ADD and it didn't help that either. Anyway, back to the topic-is this anxiety normal? I don't excercise a ton because it makes me feel worse than I already. Also, I'm not overweight or anything (likely due to my metabolism). Is there anything I can do or take to help ease this? I'm 21 years old, male and taking 450mg wellbutrin xl/day and 25mg straterra/day, 50,000 IU vitamin D/week and 115mg solodyn/day (for acne).

My disorders include: ADD-Predominantly Inattentive, OCD, OCPD, Generalized anxiety disorder (likely due to the prior disorders), rational social anxiety (can't pay attention or don't understand/lost/miss things)

Meds & supplements previously tried (no or little success) : adderall, vyvanse, ritalin, focalin, concerta, straterra, pristiq with & with out deplin, prozac, zoloft, lithium, lamictal, caffeine pills, abilify, 5-htp (need atleast 200-250mg /day to see a very small improvement in OCD), vitamin b12 shots (helped ocd for a few weeks and then stopped helping despite continuing shots), piracetam, pramiracetam, B-complex, ginko biloba, St John's Wort, Bio PQQ

Hi Sbcy
It could be that your meds are still not helping. It could also be that you have depression thrown in there along with your other symptoms. They say that exercise is supposed to make you feel good, but when you have the weight of depression, you feel constantly tired and lethargic and no amount of exercise can cure that.
I think you certainly need to spend time on your new meds to see if they work.
Good luck

I don't know, I've been taking wellbutrin since the beginning of August with no real noticeable improvement...maybe a slight improvement in mood sometimes but also increased anxiety at times.*

I've been sleeping a lot over the past 3 years on the days I didn't have work (I freelance)...my parents kept telling me it was because I worked long hours but I still keep finding myself waking at random times like 10pm when I don't have work or class. *My sleep cycle is all over the place. *Also, when I was on a project out of town I by far slept more than anyone else despite us all working the same hours. *On the day off I slept the whole day. *I don't know what to do about this. *My previous psychiatrists and my parents kept telling me that I need to get proper sleep in order to feel better but I still haven't been able to change it for an extended period of time over the past 3 year for some reason! *This probably started about 5 years ago but has been worst from 3 years ago. *I will get "stuck" on a task and be "almost done" and then get disracted and be "almost done" again...suddenly it's 5am. *Any ideas on meds or supplement or anything to try for helping regularize sleep and not sleep so much? *I think when I was on pristiq my sleep habits improved but as I mentioned it made some things worse so it wasn't worth staying on.

I've tried 5-htp, which helped only slightly and this was at a high dose - 200-250mg.

Have you been checked for chronic fatigue/glandular fever?

Medication for regularizing sleep... several family members with sleep problems are now on melatonin after seeing a sleep specialist. My psychiatrist said there is even a new drug for OCD which contains melatonin.
