I want share my experience to all of you here...
Finally I decided to tried iontophoresis homemade device to my HH problem, and I’m so glad it works to me
But...I get a problem, I already built it using adaptor 12v, and I think it’s not pretty enough to my HH problem, pitty me I have to did the treatment above 2-3 times in a week during this 2 months, it make my hands and feet so itchy and left readness but sweat just decrease above 70%::(:. So may I ask, is it possible to increase the voltage with using adaptors? Because unfortunately, lantern batteries is not available in Indonesia and what kind of adaptors can I use?because honestly I don’t have any knowledge about some electricity stuff like this, may you guys help to explain it to me...
Thanks...

That depends on the circuit itself. Increasing voltage will increase the amount of current going through the device. Could be fine, could do some very bad things. I don't know what the device does, let alone what the circuit looks like.

If you can find an 18 volt adapter, you could try it... But if you think the device is getting too hot, you may want to unplug it.

Without knowing anything about it, 1.5 times the voltage (the 18 volts I said up there) would be the most that I would be willing to recommend. It may not even do anything for the functionality of the device.

Do you know what voltage the lantern batteries are?

I use a homemade ionto device that I made out of stuff I got off Amazon. Works 100% for me. I haven't had hand sweat in over a month now.

The device consists of two disposable baking pans, 2 recharcheable 9V batteries, 2 9V connectors, 2 alligator clip test leads, and water. Connect the two batteries in series, then connect an alligator clip to each side and attach to the edge of the pie pans. Soak the hands for 10 minutes, then swap the clips to reverse the polarity and soak for another 10 minutes. 20 minutes altogether, or go longer if you want faster results.

It took roughly 8-10 sessions at one per day before I had any kind of sweat stoppage. Then after that, I only require 2 sessions a week to maintain it.

I already sent a message to shannon and he suggested laptop adaptor range 15v-24v dv should work,so i have more questions to all of you here :
1. Should i need voltmeter to test the voltage or it's just need switching polarity to directly use?
2.If I can increase the voltage, may the iontophoresis homemade device will work to decrease sweat in feet too?Because during this time,I'm not get good result yet with my feet?
Sharing your opinion will very meaning to me,because i want as soon as possible try it...

Supposedly increasing the voltage is supposed to work better, but I don't know if there's an effectiveness ceiling.

I use two rechargeable 9v batteries, so essentially 18v in series. I do 11 minutes on one polarity, then switch the polarity for another 11 minutes.

I don't think voltage is the reason here. Higher amps will give you better result. However, you do get higher Amp with higher voltage. But you can only control the amp with a machine, which I don't have >< What I do is 3 6V batteries connected in series. 15 minutes for each polarity. And I do this twice a week. It is not 100% effective though. So I use antiperspirant whenever I have a interview or something.

1. you should always test the voltage before sticking your hands in the water. I wouldn't recommend using a wall plugged adaptor though. I suggest using batteries instead.

2. It does decrease the sweat from your feet, at least mine does. For me, the pain is a lot more bearable when I do the feet, so I can crank the voltage higher(I use 24V for feet and 18 for hands). How long have you been doing it? You may not see results right away. It took me about a month to see any results. I almost gave up by that point. Anyways, Good luck.
