Hi,
I suffer from HH of the hands and I think feet. To be honest the feet dont bother me at all, I do however work in a job where I shake hands at least 4/5 times a day. This fills me with dread.
I tried the aluminium based roll-on for my hands, never worked.
I have now bought and Idrostar machine from STD.
I have had 3 treatments now and has made little difference or maybe even non at all. I have been doing 10mins then reverse polarity for other 10. I only bother doing hands. So far I have only used plain Scottish tap water which I think is quite hard water. Tonight I will try adding some baking soda to each bath. I will make an appointment wit Doctor tomorrow also to try and get some of this gycoprmium bromide on prescription.
My question is, what sort of setting do you use on these machines? My first session I turned the dial to 3.5v, 2nd session 5v and 3rd session 10volts. It says the max is 18v you can use. What does everyone else use?
Does anyone have success using an Iontophoresis machine?
