My guess is you're not sweating as much because your mind isn't running a million miles an hour when you're feeling tired or run down. I think it really depends how much sleep you get and at what times, because an irregular sleeping pattern can account for making you more anxious, therefore sweating a lot more.
I would suggest trying to get into the routine of getting 8 hours sleep (AT NIGHT), and seeing how that works out for you, maybe trying some anti-perspirant deodorants as well if necessary.
In any case, don't just go without sleep, your body and mind need it (and a proper diet)for repairing damage endured by your body through excercise, and to help you fight off sickness.
