Hi everyone,
I'm 19 years old and I've had Social Phobia and Anxiety since I was 16.

I'm collecting some imformation on SP and A for a book I'm writng to help teens like myself understand this disorder and would really appreciate it if you could take some time to answer the follwing question.

Q: If Social Phobia/Anxiety was a monster, what would it look like? feel like? smell like? sound like?
