I'm Zepher and I'm social phobic

My name is Zepher and I'm social phobic. Actually, I have had just about all the anxiety disorders diagnosed in the last 15 years. It is a bugger. I wanted to go to a new club tomorrow but blamed a bad neck as an out and it is bad.

I'm in the Redlands just south of Brisbane.

I'm new to the net as a tool to help and I wondered if someone could pass on any cool links, especially chat sites that work.

Meeting people with this illness is hard. People see me as nervous and back off and that makes me more nervous. I sick of the in person approach and thought I would try the net.

i am social phobic too and this is why i don't have any friend in 'real', but only those who i get to know by Internet.

you are right it is very hard to meet someone suffering from that kind of phobia. i have never meet someone like me. and few people understand our problem.
unfortunaltely i don't know any chat sides. i prefer forums to chats. you see i think here is the best place to get to know nice people with the same problems
