Hey E1 on SPW,

Alot has happened to me since i left SPW I finally started working again as a bookkeeper part time while i get my accounting degree at a local University.

Ive been making alot of friends as well as lost a few, some who didnt have much in common since highschool. After four and a half years my gf ended the relationship with me because of the many fights we were having.

I realized how much of a good listener I am with all kinds of people, im able to keep there interest as well as have great raport. I am not taking any meds, just eating right and exercising. I feel whats bringing me down is not having a gf now.

Looking to chat with some lovely ladies as well as some dudes that just wanna talk. Im 22 and no longer choose the whole label of SAD cause then i put myself in the full spectrum catagory. Just a personal preferance i dont want to offend.

Hey, good for you mate, I'm glad your in a much better place. I too have been thinking about doing more excersise, eating a little healthier, not staying in bed till the late afternoon because I've been drinking all night, ect, ect. I'm also trying to take better care of my looks too, y'know, drinking plenty of water, face moisturisers and all the rest of that bollocks. I don't mean to sound vain, but I think alot of people's anxiety in social situations and around good looking people could possibly be down to them not feeling all to confident about their own looks and attractiveness.



Champagne for my real friends,
And real pain for my sham friends.

Looks are only 10-30% of attraction to a person, ive seen some really ugly cocky guys at the taverns that get some of the hottest women. Its true though in order for others to love ya you need to love yourself first so there is only plusses to having better health. (Longevity, Stamina, Better looking, Less Depressed, etc.) Anyone can exercise even if it is on the comfort of the home. I personally recomend a tredmill and 8min abs/arms/buns/legs dvds you can pick up used or new online its really all you need for a great body :D

Well id say i wam 100% stronger but im not I have one last handicap its my fear in communicating and speakigng my mind. For years around ppl i didnt really know I kept quite and did much of my analyzing and observations in my mind. Lots of internal dialog not nessesairly bad however.

I want to begin to break this cycle. I want to begin socializing with neighbors and strangers as well as keep a good convo going around new friends without feeling worry or boring the other person or rejection. Any advice would be great. Thanks
