I can do what they need whether it's provided to read, or independently

No shouting, singing, gayness or jollity. They will get hardworking positive results out of me.

I wish I could put this in my CV and get someone to hire me.

That said, this allows you to hide from your problem, and I'm always wary of advising people to do things that let them hide
