Just wondering if anyone has any tips/advice on dealing with self sabotage.

I'm dealing with that too, although now I'm starting to look at it not so much as something I can control. I wouldn't deliberately sabotage myself. Thats why I want to start telling people about these social problems I've been having. So they can understand the things I do and have done because of it. And maybe next time if they catch me in the act they can help me
