I don't know why I always end up this way to this same conclusion. I try to bea this thinking.. but I keep concluding that this is just an evil world, or at least my life is evil, I am evil, or whatever. It's like.. demonic... Everything is f*cked up beyond repair, or this is just some kind of nightmare, or a dream, or a delusion, no escape no nothing no hope no life...nothing. Just perpetual torture and suffering, no matter what happens. It is just PURE EVIL, PURE WRONG, NOTHING GOOD NOTHING RIGHT NO LIFE JUST VOID AND THE MOST PURE AND ABSOLUTE NEVER-ENDING DARKNESSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's crazy, I'm sorry.

I think this is beyond the scope of this forum.

or try ACT... you can distance yourself from these thoughts / feelings and realize that the real world isn't so messed up as your mind portrays it.
