I turned 32 today :)

Man im getting old hehe, my mum told the lady at the newstart class it was my birthday.I didnt know and at the end of it, they sang happy birthday to me.LOL it was nice of them, but i felt like i wanted to run away hehe.I got really nervous like when i went up to get something to eat and a coffee.But at the same time it was cool of them to wish me happy birthday.

I felt like alot of fear in getting up and eating in front of them combined with them wishing me happy birthday.But i fought my fear and tried to hold myself together I guess this is what you have to do, stand up to your fears.
