It's an episode of the MTV documentary show "True Life". This one is called "I Live Another Life on the Web" and a lot of it really hit close to home for me, and I knew it would for a lot of people here as well. It follows three girls, one who suffers from social anxiety and is lonely, one who has bad stage fright and so she can't jump start her career as a musician, and another who desperately wants a boyfriend but is too painfully shy to speak to men. What they all have in common is the fact that they use the internet to escape the loneliness and inhibitions of their real lives. I have never seen a documentary about people with social anxiety of any sort, so this was very interesting. I found it all very easy to relate to, especially the girl with social anxiety disorder. I hope you guys feel the same:

See also 'True Life: I Panic'. I saw it a while ago on mtv. It shows the daily lives of people with panic/anxiety attacks.
