Do you have as well the problem that you cannot recognize the interlocutor's (met person's) age? It refers mostly to the young women.
I cannot. It is discrediting me quite highly as I do not know how to address such person - as a young person or as an adult person - and which greeting form to use!
in my native language there are distinct language forms for the peers and for the adults. It would easily discredit me and make me a fool if I address somebody, actually still young, as an adult!
Have you any advice? Do you as well wrestle with that problem, or rather I am an only one who has such a stupid/weird dilemma?
