I met up with a fellow social anxiety sufferer today

Ayla and myself met up in the city at a coffee shop today.I was really nervous allthough it probably didnt show.We didnt know what still in my shell looked like so we had a hard time finding her.Ayla asked a few people if they were still in a shell.Im really amazed i went and did this today and of all places a coffee shop which i normally dont go in

Anyway it was good to meet her, i enjoyed it, allthough in my head i was like saying i hope you dont hate me {fear of rejection}.

I really went out of my comfort zone to do this, so its a good thing for me

What if a person who was still in a shell answered yes but they weren't the Still In A Shell? Maybe the still in a shell you met wasn't actually still in a shell. If somebody asked me if I was still in a shell I would answer yes.

Yes that horrible person was me! My dad ended up in the hospital and I forgot about the meeting... I know that sounds like a lie, but I swear it's the truth!
