Everyone expects you to go out and party all night with friends and if you don't then there's something wrong with you. I have no one to go out with tomorrow and I know on Monday people at work are gonna ask me what I did and I'm gonna have to make up something so they won't think I'm the biggest...

Yeah, New Year's Eve sucked. I sat home with my parents. I've been sick for a few days, so even if I had been invited somewhere, I wouldn't have gone. I didn't even really get to ring in the new year. We were watching the countdown on TV but my dad had something set to record right at midnight, so about five seconds to twelve, the channel changed on its own and we missed it. Then we all ended up just getting pissed off and grumbling at each other. Whoopti-farking-do.
