I could have friends...

Hey, I know exactly what you mean. I do that way to often as well, turn down a invitation to go out just to feel bored and mad all alone in my room. People try to be nice to me and become friends when I am at the gym, but I just can't seem to keep them interested or just to afraid to get rejected I guess. I really do need friends, because I hate being alone, but some people just don't understand me I guess.

just go, screwdriver. going out can be hard but practise helps. waiting doesn't. and being able to deal with friends isn't anything that just comes. you've got to work hard on it.

I have that problem too, becuase i know if i go out, i probly wont say or do much unless im drunk. so im afraid they will realise how boring i am.

because at work im "normal" and manage to hide the way i really am, but people are usually surprised how quiet i am out of work.

also i know what you mean when you ask a question that ends the converesation like
"I had 10 drinks last night, I was DRUNK"

then i would say something studip like

"oh yeah what did ya drink?"

and then the the convo would quickly fizzle out and it would arkward for a while. lol
