...it worked! It wasn't even for girls - it was for men who are trying to gain confidence around women, but the guy on the disc was so good with the concept of shyness it actually helped me 'see' what I was doing wrong! I guess the message is to do something you don't expect and it might work. It also helped that this guy on the disc had some insight into shyness I had never heard before.
