Iv was doing self hypnosis and nlp for over a year to help ease symptoms of SA but with little effect.

I think it works for some people but for others it can make symptoms worse. On the up side, it does seem to be very effective for allot of people. Personally, I wouldn't try it again myself (at least not for now anyway) but I don't see why others who might find it useful shouldn't try it to:)

Try hypnosis and NLP techniques, Be sure to read a book because they explain everything broadly, answering any questions that you might have (asking questions is not good for hypnosis)

If one technique isant working then try a different one.
