Hushed Sea herbal tea let me down today

Really disappointed. I was around all these people in a very hot room and my face was covered in sweat. I had just drank the tea about 2 hours before. Very disappointing:'(

Tea can help you, but you should never rely on a single method of prevention--always be ready with a backup ::

Keep your head up though and don't dwell on it.
