How's therapy like?

Worth a shot.

Even if it doesn't cure you, you should atleast be able to gain some understanding of yourself, unless the theraphist is completely poo.
In that case, get a new one.

That wasn't really an answer was it, i couldn't tell what it would be like for you, probably scary at first, then you would get used to it, probably.

It's scary at first, but after you see them a few times and get used to them you can open up more and speak freely.

Besides, it's nice to be able to enteract with another person.

True. It was hell for me at the beginning talking about my issues with my therapist. It took me years (have been seeing her for 6 years) to feel comfortable talking about certain things, and other issues I've just gotten brave enough to talk about in the past year or so. It's no instant cure, and it can be really difficult sometimes, but it'll help you eventually.

Don't worry about what to say, its not your job to entertain your theraphist, he/she will lead the conversation if you don't have anything you really wanna talk about.
