I was wondering how most people where before there social anxiety disorder
started, you probably didn't get it from birth.
Before my 13 I was a little bit shy to adults, but beside that I was really extroverted in class, with friends & sports etc. always making up stories and joking around, I really had a talent to connect things and words seeing the big picture... I was wondering if more people had that making good connections, because I think its the problem what created my anxiety connecting impossible things to something what effects you emotionally, and that it was usefull when my thoughts were still positive.

Im sort of stuck in the past, can't let that go...while searching the facebooks of the other people I knew back then, and they all even the most social wrecks back then have a better life with then me and go out and partying... and me I can hardly buy a sandwich how pathetic

And how do you cope with it now, it must be really frustrating knowing you actually are funny and good with people and now because of social phobia people close to you don't know your real side and think you are awkward.
For me I don't know 8 years later and still don't know how to cope with it only get more depressed if I think about it.
