How to forget people in your past?

I seem to have a much harder time forgetting people that have been in my life, and I tell myself to move on because I really need to, but just can't. It would be alot easier, if it weren't so easy these days to find people with the internet. Damn you MySpace! :evil:

Don't go looking if it upsets you. Myspace and friends reunited are there but no one forces you to look. You have to just be tough with yourself and ban yourself from digging up these things.

Keep the positive people in your life and sod the rest, let them drift away.

well i cant forget people from my past ,because they haunt me in nightmares...and i have them very often.
