When it started is a bit hazy. I know it's gotten particularly worse since I was about 23, but I didn't even know there was a name for the condition until about 3 years ago. I have the same experience when I tell other people about HH - most people are completely ignorant the condition.

Im 23, mine started around the age of 11, but didnt get to being a problem untill I was about 16, then it gradually got worse to the age I am now.

I noticed my excessively sweaty palms at about 11 or 12.
I'm now 28 years old....but I've relieved a lot of my sweating in the last 3 years. :wink:

I'm 14 and diagnosed with palmer/plantar when I was about 8, had it all my life though. My mum always said that I used to be drenched in sweat ,as a baby, after a nap in the pram. :/
