How much reliable are researchers' findings about psychiatry and social phobia?!

1) Am J Psychiatry 157:3, March 2000
Low Dopamine D2 Receptor Binding Potential in Social Phobia

2) The Journal of Nuclear Medicine • Vol. 49 • No. 5 • May 2008
Increased Serotonin and Dopamine Transporter Binding in Psychotropic Medication–Naı¨ve Patients with Generalized Social Anxiety Disorder

The above two papers' results are consistent but the following new paper rejects their findings:

3) Depression and Anxiety, 2009
Dopamine transporters, D2 receptors, and dopamine release in generalized social anxiety disorder
Concludes: These findings do not replicate previous findings of altered striatal DAT and D2 receptor availability in GSAD subjects assessed with SPECT. The differences from results of prior studies may be due to differences in imaging methods or characteristics of samples.

most of this crap is just used to justify pushing toxic chemicals as medicine, drug companies are making billions of dollars by inventing useless and dangerous treatments, I don't trust any of these scammers, read Mad in America and you'll realize they make up claims of a drugs safety and effectiveness, BigPharma's pyramid scheme is a lot bigger than Bernie Madoff's and deadlier too

THe links do not seem to be working but I think as in all science you can not rely on just a few studies. It is complicated and they can both be right and disagree you need to sort through the info, and look at the evidence involved.
