How much do you drink?

I was just wondering, I know that I sweat massively from the face and neck areas during hot weather or even mild exersion. I probably sweat 5 times more then my colleagues but I don't think I drink 5 times more water than them. Given the recommended minimum daily allowance of 2 litres, do we as a whole drink more because of our sweating or do we drink the same amount as our friends ..... and if we do all drink the same, where the hell does our sweating come from ????

To be honest, i don't actually drink much at all.

Maybe the odd mouth-full on every visit to the bathroom - twice daily.

And my sweating is excessive, all over.

I consume quite a lot of alcohol to make up for it though

I quit drinking for a few months to see if this had an effect on my sweating..

Absolutely none at all.

This always made me wonder, since we sweat so much, more than many of us intake water wise, shouldn't we be losing lots of weight constantly?

I used to drink much water, but now i dont .
I release enormous amounts of water in both possible nature ways. Plus i m getting more fat-I think i m getting fat from the stress. But, the question still remains : Where is this water coming from? Brrr.... :?

I can't recall even the last time I had plain water. :\

I usually drink maybe 2 to 3 small-ish glasses of juice (no soda, coffee, alcohol) per day. Not drinking anything at all, or drinking even more, I find, has absolutely no effect on my sweating. I also wonder where it all comes from.

If you happen to do some research, drinking water can help reduce the ammount of sweating, water helps the body to burn calories and maintain a good funtion. Get the engine OIL out of a car and then the engine gets BURNED. Same happens with the human body, drink more than 2L a day if you can, keeping yourself hydraded meens your body WONT make extra effords to run efficiently, hence overheating may be avoided. Hope that helps.
