So, I've not gone to work today owing to a bout of "diarrhoea" but the real reason is that I had an awful day on Friday when my anxiety was high due to some incidents, my mood irritable, confidence low and questioning my professional life in every aspect.
I was preparing to go but with a heavy heart but in bed this morning, I delayed getting up and couldn't face it. My attendance, has never been great in my jobs, and this is my 10th day off and at least half of those have been when Ive had a bad situation at work which has upset or stressed me out due to my anxiety.
I'm lucky my attendance hasn't been scrutinised but I just find it hard to go in after a bad day. Even if I was doing my dream job, would probably have these sorts of days.
