Hey people, just thought i'd share how i control my hyperhidrosis as i know what it feels like to feel helpless and desperate to find a way to deal with it. I use an iontophorosis machine and add avert tablets to each tray, one in each. I do this once a week. I also appyly obadan anti-persperant spray at night some nights during the week. This keeps it under control and my hands are pretty much dry. This seems to be an effective combination and works for me.
Also has anyone experienced travelling with your iontophoresis machine? It was quite expensive and i don't want to risk losing it...i was thinking of making a home made one to go away with. I would be grateful if anyone can share their experience.
