Packing up to move is nerve-wracking because it makes me think twice as much about moving, which is not something I really want to do right now. :( At least, to the place I am going. So I'm constantly stressed out. I'm thinking about staying with my family for a week or something because I'm being stretched to the breaking point. If I went straight up there, I'm afraid I might have a nervous breakdown.

sounds great! I haven't spent near enough time in the water this summer.

But tomorrow I'm going kayaking!

It's hard to do something fun when you don't have people to do it with (I'm only assuming you don't have people falling over themselves telling you to join them on fun things)...and if you end up doing something on your own, you can't help but feel a bit awkward...like you're being judged by all the groups of people around you.

Nonetheless, I think there will come a time for all of us to accept who we are and be comfortable doing the things we love alone every so often....

And you know, you can go kayaking on your own...it's risky if you're in a secluded area with weirs and strong currents all over the place, but if you go to a safe spot, you should be fine...and you'll have a lot of fun. Just remember to rent a skirt (which covers off your legs), or else you'll burn your legs bad...and bug spray.

I actually remember the time I went skydiving (yes, I don't mind skydiving but I fear talking to people), there was this awesome lady in a wheelchair all by her self, and I sh!t you not, she had done 5 static line jumps between the time we got there and the time we left!

I don't do much either but I would like to. Like Zav943 said it's hard to do things like that since they seem more like group activities. Hawaii and kayaking sounds like fun. Though you'll never get me to jump out of a plane.
