How are you feeling?

I ate half of a blueberry pie by myself and i feel like sh*t.

If it makes you feel better blueberries are actually really good for you. They aid in heart disease by strengthen your cardiovascular wall, and prevent certain types of cancer. They're high in antioxidants and vitamin C which boosts your immune system. They even heal damaged brain cells and neuron tissues and keep your memory sharp.

It's difficult to start again in another country. Maybe you just need time to sort yourself out with your brand-new surroundings.

Sorry for replying so late. But yes, you are right, it is very hard but I feel like anyone but me would have done so much better at making friends. It has just been a week though so I am hoping it will get better :)

A week is nothing. You'll have all the time in the world to make friends. Where did you move to again? Sorry, I have forgotten.

I'm feeling jealous right now. Stupid, I know. my little conundrum is this person I know has become so successful in photography that I don't even want to know about what events they've shot or anything. We have photography in common ... I guess that's why - having SA and photography seem unlikely but I feel comfortable behind the camera. This person has achieved (and yes well earned) more local success in a year that I only dream of. I would love to go to the events, shoots, etc but with money-wise, right now, I can't afford to and that really sucks!

I guess I should be lucky that someone actually talks to me.

Don't worry, you will get there! And don't compare yourself to others- never does any good. But for example, I'm jealous of actually having something in your life that you really enjoy doing. A passion. And if that passion becomes your job, something you can do everyday, even better :) don't give up on that.

I moved from Poland to the Us. Florida, to be precise :) I like the place, it's just I have come in the middle of a school year. I find it really hard to make new friends amongst people who know each other for 3 years already :)

Ah, that's right. I know you will make some friends soon, but it would be a bit crazy right now. Good luck. :)
