Hi, I am new here

I just wanted to poke my head in and say Hi. I'm from England and have had social anxiety and social phobia for the last 4 years. I'm now 22. It started when I started my last job. I would love to make some new friends on here and try to overcome my phobias. I am on pills, my psychiatrist gave me, but they don't seem to be doing much.
