Um, I don't really have bad social phobia, but I do get bad panic attacks during big events and from my emetophobia. I'm basically here for help and to try to help others :]

Hm, I guess your problems, despite not being the SA, aren't easy as well. I suppose that majority of us doesn't like big events. :wink: Welcome to SPW, feel free to write here.
