Hi, I'm Dave. I'm new here, obviously. I consider myself a very shy person. I'm usually home most of the time, I don't go out a lot. I was just curious about my shyness so I started browsing and came across this site. I think I might have SA, I'm not sure though. Well I hope I can get advice here. See you all around!

Hi Dave, welcome to SPW. If you think you have SA then you probably do. I find it hard to leave the house too, especially if I don't have any reason to go out. But I need to exercise so I'm going to try to go to the park daily and just walk around and listen to some music through my headphones. The more we do something the easier it gets. With gradual exposure I think we can make shyness and SA a thing of the past.
