this is an interesting article i think we all should read and if you follow as i have you will feel alot better about yourself,

many of us have social anxiety here, but we also have something that goes along with it like ocd, or ADD, try working on 1 at a time, it good to have alone time so you can work on things by yourself, i know we all want to be cured right away but realisticly that probally wont happen, read the article also
