Help with posting a photo

Ummm ive decided to add my ugly mug to the photo gallery, but havnt a clue how 2 do it,Any help would be apprieciated

To send an instand message u just click on the name you want to send it to where it says who are online.Not sure if it works through (sent annamaria one, did ya get it anna?)

Go to new photo gallery and at the top click on upload picture.
