Hi, I'm a 20yr old girl from Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
I only recently discovered that social phobia is an actual illness, after feeling the way i have for all of my life, it was such a relief to know i wasn't just a social misfit.
Hopefully i'll get to know yous on here, and not be so alone
