Hello

Hi everyone. Have just joined this forum and am posting a quick message to say hello. Am pleased to find this as is good to know I'm not alone, but am also sad that so many of us have to deal with this. Am 33 and female and have struggled with varous social situations since my teens. Am someone of few words so am not sure how much I'll contribute, but am hoping to share in advice and support as much as possible.
