Hello guys,

My name is Gerald, I am from UK. Have had Social Anxiety for at least 15yrs or more, but seemed to have beaten it now, it's a nasty demon that needs to be destroyed, if you ignore it for years then it will devastate your life, I've found this to be the case with me anyway.

Yes, Gerald!! i also would like to know how did you manage to get rid of such a demon, it is really hard to me. I think, in my case, the phobia is growing more and more and i cannot keep it under control.
I almost forget!, congratulations for your success!!!! :wink:
