Hi,
My name is Zbyszek, I come from Poland and live there. I've come across this site via... google (nothing extraordinary, I presume
).
I've suffered from social anxiety disorder for, at most, 5 years. I've tried many drugs, including effectin, seroxtat and other names, which I don't bear in my mind anymore. I'm afraid of going out in the streets, I can't stand people watching at me. Shopping can be a disaster - even from physical point of view, as my stomach aches badly.
I can't find any solution to my problems. It's hard to find any Polish site concerning social phobia (?) disease, hence I decided to register myself into these forums.
I would like to share opinions with you, which is quite obvious...
