I've been shy all my life but SA really affected me and was largely untreated in high school until about a year and a half ago. It was very bad time in my life and at one point I did not leave my apartment for one whole month leading to financial problems. I've moved back in with family to get better.
Hope to make some friends here and learn from everyone's experiences on how they deal with anxiety and SA
