Would you mind telling me if gradually exposure theraphy have worked or is working for you?
I begun this theraphy two weeks ago and I was very motivated, but, I´ve just read in a book ´bout perfectionist that it doesn´t work for people who also are perfectionist. 8O
What´s your opinion? Overall, your experiencees with this kind of therapy.

I had trouble sticking to a schedule for exposure therapy, and after awhile I just gave up on it. Now I try to have more broad guidelines on what i should do around people, and try to remind myself of those and live up to them. For example not avoiding my friends when they call me to hang out, that sort of thing. My hope is that sticking to these rules will act as exposure without having to perform specific tasks and meet goals x amount of times per week.
