Health Hazards - Caffeine Overdose

hey do any of you know what would happen, if one were to over-caffeinate oneself by consuming too much coffee or tee, and overdosing in caffeine?

what's the seriousness of this in terms of health?

- difficulty sleeping
- muscle twitching
- confusion
- in and out of consciousness
- increased urination
- increased thirst
- death
- fever

...respiratory

- difficulty breathing

...gastrointestinal

- vomiting
- diarrhea

...heart and blood vessels

- irregular heartbeat
- rapid heart beat

...nervous system

- hallucinations
- dizziness
- convulsions

"In most cases an overdose of caffeine will not kill you. However, it can be fatal. A lethal dose is estimated at 10 grams. However, a toxic dose will vary from person to person."


Probably not a nice way to go...

I think it would take more cups of tea than one can swallow in a day to reach that kind of effects :)

Not a practical way of putting an end to life, indeed. Very english though :)
