Sure isn't easy at all. I mean I am on medication now, but sometimes it's still difficult to go out and do things.
If anyone ever wants to chat yahoo IM is roxypunkrocker7 or MSN IM is [email protected] But, I am usually on yahoo IM.
Does anyone else, get VERY nervous before going somewhere to the point to where you feel nauses and feel like you don't ever want to leave your house in fear of having a panic attack out in public?

yes me i have same problem, just like today i feel so bored and i feel there out somewhere ppe having fun but i can't.
