Hi every one, I consider I am a person who have mild to moderate social anxiety. I have read "The Shyness and social anxiety Workbook", written by psychologist Martin M Anthony and psychiatrist Richard P. Swinson.
I analyzed it on detail (for two months now), doing the tasks and exercices given (cognitive and behavioral forms and diaries to complete by myself) and I have noted a slight improvement on my social anxiety. So, it seems if i continue working hard on those techniques, I'll get better and better.
Have anyone done the same with that or a similar book??. If yes, let me know the results please!!!.
