on sunday my nephews staying over then on monday we're taking him to the zoo woooo i cant wait he's gonna love it, coz you can drive through this place where monkeys climb all over your car hehe its wicked, whats everyone else up to this easter then? hope you all stuff your face with choccy eggs and have a good one

yaya happy easter 2 u 2! i love easter candy! peeps n cadbury eggs lol but its easy 2 4get what easters rlly all about. we're celebrating 2day cuz my little sisters goin 2 her dads 2morrow so were doin an easter egg hunt and havin indian tacos (which is crazy 4 us cuz we NEVER have homeaid meals lol) but my whole life ive gone 2 church but this yr we havent since moving here so i guess no church on easter 4 the 1st time we could just go 2 1 but i dont wanna b 1 of those ppl that just go 2 church on christmas n easter lol

Stayed home

from church, was having some minor panic attacks this morning.

the xanax is helping, but last night I had a beer and skipped my dose of meds.

this morning had another panic attack, slight, but took my 2nd dose of xanax and now i'm calming.

I HATE these stupid attacks!!

Oh, jcap223, it must be terrible to have such attacks that only xanax helps you, I imagine...

I take the xanax equivalent only occasionally at very stressful for me situations...

But have the hope that the curation will success and they will shortly end - I hope so.
