I´m Spanish and I think I have just found the forum I´m looking for, ´cos I recetly was dianosed with Avoidant Personality Disorder, also perffectionic (I never know how to write this word in English). 
I´ve been suffering this disorder a long time ago. Since I was 18-year-old.
I´ve been being treated for ten years with different types of psichotherapies and pills.
At this moment I begins, once more, a new psychiatrist and psichologist and I have hopeful this finally works.
