I used to go but my insurance ran out. My shrink kept telling me to do the same things..go out and surround myself with people. but I found it so hard to take her words and convert them to actions. cbt works if you work hard at it though. I found myself in the beginning stages of turning my life around but unfortunately it ended..just like that when my insurance ran out.
this is why i want to move to paris where insurance is free.
if you are the type of person who takes risks and does things without thinking, then cbt is easy but I worry about worrying about worrying and its obsessive. this makes it hard for me to try anything that will better my life.
