Ok, I am not sure if there is a thread about this already, but there are a lot of interesting patents for treating HH. I am sure the majority of them are either expired or won't ever become available (or are potentially dangerous). However, if you have a sympathetic doctor, who is willing to experiment or help you in any way possible:
Topical treatment with oxybutynin, tolterodine or a substituted benzamide such as sulpiride:
Methods for the Treatment of Hyperhidrosis - Patents
Topical botox:
Topically applied clostridium ... - Google Patent Search
Finasteride:
Method of treating sweat-related ... - Google Patent Search
compounds that are 5.alpha.-reductase inhibitors:

Dermal patch:
Dermal patch - Google Patent Search
and so on and so forth...there are plenty more
